Copper Search’s AUD$12 Million Initial Public Offering

Thomson Geer has advised Copper Search Australia Limited.

Copper Search Australia Limited, a mineral exploration and development company located in South Australia, successfully debuted onto the ASX with an oversubscribed AUD$12 million IPO. 

With demand for copper sky rocketing as the global economy bounces back from COVID-19 and global electrification ambitions intensify, Copper Search has its sights set on unearthing copper-gold deposits in the Gawler Craton Region in South Australia.

The funds raised under the IPO will allow Copper Search to conduct extensive exploration on its Gawler Craton projects in Gawler Craton in order to identify and define mineral resources capable of sustaining independent and viable mining operations.

amicaa and Alto Capital acted as Joint Lead Managers on the IPO.

Copper Search Australia Limited is targeting world class copper-gold deposits within the Gawler Craton of South Australia.
