Consorcio de Salud Santiago Oriente S.A. Sociedad Concesionaria’s $375 Million Credit Facility

Consorcio de Salud Santiago Oriente S.A. Sociedad Concesionaria (CSSO), secured a $375 million credit facility from ItaúCorpbanca, Santander Chile, Banco Consorcio, Banco Security, China Construction Bank Agency in Chile, Metlife Chile Seguros de Vida S.A. and Life Insurance Company Consorcio Nacional de Seguros S.A.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction of fiscal public work Hospital del Salvador and Instituto Nacional de Geriatria, which will be built through public works concession regime (the largest health facility built through this system).

Consorcio de Salud Santiago Oriente S.A. Sociedad Concesionaria is a joint venture between Assignia Infraestructuras S.A.(50%) and Constructora y Edificadora Gia + A S.A. de C.V. (50%).

The company objective is to design, build, maintain and exploit the concession of the state health centers Hospital del Salvador and Instituto Nacional de Geriatría, in Santiago de Chile.
