Comcast Corporation’s €3.0 Billion Notes Offering and £1.4 Billion Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised Comcast Corporation on its SEC-registered debt offering.

Comcast Corporation completed its debt offering of €800 million aggregate principal amount of its 0.250% notes due 2027, €1.4 billion aggregate principal amount of its 0.750% notes due 2032, €800 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.250% notes due 2040, £600 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.500% notes due 2029 and £800 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.875% notes due 2036.

Comcast is a global media and technology company with three primary businesses, Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal and Sky. Comcast Cable is one of the nation’s largest providers of video, high-speed Internet, voice, wireless, and security and automation services to residential customers under the XFINITY brand, and also provides these and other services to business customers and sells advertising.
