Colfax’s $287.3 Million Shares Offering

Davis Polk advised certain selling stockholders of Colfax Corporation in the offering.

Colfax Corporation executed its secondary offering of 6,544,522 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $43.90 per share, all of which were sold by certain selling stockholders. The shares of common stock are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CFX” and were issued to the selling stockholders concurrently with the pricing of the offering in connection with the sale by the selling stockholders of the Swiss orthopedics company Mathys AG Bettlach to DJO, a subsidiary of Colfax Corporation. 

Colfax is a leading diversified technology company that provides specialty medical technologies and fabrication technology products and services to customers around the world, principally under the DJO and ESAB brands.
