CNH Industrial Capital’s $500 Million Note Offering

CNH Industrial Capital, a finance subsidiary of CNH Industrial, executed its public offering of US$500 million of 1.875% senior notes due 2026.

Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, BBVA Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and MUFG Securities Americas Inc. acted as underwriters for the offering.

Organized in the Netherlands and headquartered in London, CNH Industrial is a leading global capital goods company with commercial presence in more than 180 countries worldwide. Its finance subsidiary’s primary business is to underwrite and manage financing products and to provide related financial products and services to support the sale of equipment sold by CNH Industrial’s North American operations.
