CMPC Celulose Riograndense, operating as a subsidiary of Empresas CMPC, executed the acquisition of 100% stake in FDS Cultivo Florestal, operating as a subsidiary of Florestas do Sul Agroflorestal owned by Harvard Management Company (HMC).
