CMON Limited’s HK$74.29 million Initial Public Offering


Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands and BVI law advice to CMON Limited in connection with its HK$74.29 million initial public offering (IPO) of 323,000,000 Placing Shares (comprising 306,000,000 New Shares and 17,000,000 Sale Shares) on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 8278).

CMON Limited, formerly known as CoolMiniOrNot is a fast growing hobby games publisher specializing in developing and publishing mainly tabletop games (including board games and miniature war games). It expanded into the mobile game market in June 2015.
