Cluey’s $30 Million Initial Public Offering

K&L Gates advised Cluey in the deal.

Cluey Limited (ASX: CLU), the Australian education technology company, executed its initial public offer (IPO) and listing on the ASX. 

The funds raised by Cluey under its heavily oversubscribed IPO will be used to fuel the growth plans of the business. 

Cluey is an online tutoring and learning service that delivers a personalised, face-to-face online tutoring experience for students in Years 2-12, across Maths, English and Chemistry.
