Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Cloudhouse Technologies Ltd on the deal.
Cloudhouse Technologies Ltd acquired UpGuard Core from US-based third-party risk and attack surface management platform developers, UpGuard Inc.
Cloudhouse, ranked 13th in Deloitte UK Technology’s Fast 50 list of Britain’s fastest-growing technology companies, pioneered application compatibility packaging services when it was founded in 2010 and has demonstrated its mercurial rise to the top by attracting partnerships with household brands such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft.
The company’s acquisition of UpGuard Core brings an added dimension to its application compatibility packaging solution by identifying out-of-date or non-compliant infrastructure, and provides Cloudhouse with a firmer foothold in the US market through the addition of new customers such as Intercontinental Exchange and NASA.
