Clean Harbors, Inc. executed a $1,000,000,000 term B credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for an acquisition by borrower.

Goldman Sachs Lending Partners, Truist Securities, Inc., Citizens Bank, National Association and Stifel Nicolaus and Company, Incorporated acted as a joint lead arranger.
