Clayton, Dubilier & Rice’s Acquisition of Sirius Computer Solutions

Cravath represented Credit Suisse, as administrative agent and lead arranger, in connection with the arrangement of credit facilities provided to Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc.

The facilities were used to finance Clayton, Dubilier & Rice’s acquisition of Sirius Computer Solutions.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal advisor, and Credit Suisse acted as financial advisor to CD&R in the transaction. Debevoise & Plimpton LLP acted as legal advisor, and Raymond James & Associates, and William Blair as financial advisors to Sirius.
