Claranet execued the acquisition of Mandic Cloud Solutions, a cloud pioneer in Brazil from Riverwood Capital.
Riverwood Capital acquired the majority stake in Mandic in 2012, from Aleksander Mandic and Sidney Breyer. The company also had Oria Capital as investor and came to integrate the portfolio of Intel Capital.
Mandic Cloud is one of the largest references in Cloud and DevOps management in Latin America and Brazil’s leader in managing enterprise cloud environments (public, hybrid and private).
Claranet are experts in modernising and running critical applications, data and infrastructure. The British acquiror, Claranet, considers the possibility of an IPO of its operation in Brazil within 2 years. With the acquisition, Claranet’s Brazilian operation has now more than 450 employees.
