CIVC Partners Fund V, LP’s $400 million Fundraising

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised CIVC Partners, LP, a middle market private equity firm, on the closing of CIVC Partners Fund V, LP, at $400 million of capital commitments from a diverse group of existing and new investors, including pension programs, university endowments, foundations, family offices, and financial institutions in the United States, Europe and Asia.

CIVC Partners, L.P., led by Christopher J. Perry, Daniel G. Helle, John H. Compall, Keith H. Yamada and Marcus D. Wedner, is based in Chicago.
