Krogerus advised the Cities of Helsinki and Lahti on the deal.
The City of Helsinki, Finland’s capital, and the City of Lahti, a major regional centre, established three new public private partnerships.
The projects consist of the construction of the Helsinki Upper Secondary School for Languages and the Puotila Primary School in Helsinki as well as the Renkomäki Community Centre in Lahti. Each project also covers the maintenance of the building for 20 years under a service agreement. The combined value of the contracts is approximately EUR 100 million.
