CITIC Envirotech’s Voluntary Delisting And $990 Million Proposed Exit Offer

Morgan Lewis advised CITIC Envirotech Ltd. in its voluntary delisting and proposed exit offer by CKM (Cayman) Co. Ltd.

The exit offer values CITIC Envirotech at 1.34 billion Singapore dollars (approximately $990 million).

Incorporated in July 2003, CITIC Envirotech is an environmental protection solutions provider primarily engaged in environmental services, including engineering, investment in water assets, river restoration, wastewater treatment and water recycling, hazardous waste treatment, maintenance services, and membrane manufacturing.

CKM is an investment holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Environment Investment Group Co., Ltd.
