Cincinnati Bell’s $200 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as sole lead bookrunning manager in connection with Cincinnati Bell Inc.’s add-on offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.000% senior notes due 2024.
