Cielo’s Acquisition of remaining 70% Stake in Stelo

Aliança Pagamentos e Participações, operating as a subsidiary of Cielo S.A. finalized the acquisition of remaining 70% interest in Stelo form Companhia Brasileira de Soluções e Serviços a controlled entity of Banco do Brasil S.A. and Banco Bradesco S.A.

Cielo S.A., through its subsidiaries, operates in the merchant acquiring and payment processing industry in Brazil. The company led by Eduardo Campozana Gouveia, Clóvis Poggetti Jr., Luiz Fernando Oliveira Barrichelo, Danilo Aleixo Caffaro and Renata B. De Paiva Greco, was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Barueri, Brazil.

Stelo S.A. offers e-commerce payment processing services. The company is based in Brazil.
