Choice Hotels International’s $450 Million Notes Offering

Choice Hotels International, Inc. completed a public offering of $450,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 3.700% senior notes due 2031.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH) is one of the largest and most successful lodging franchisors in the world with more than 7,000 franchise hotels, representing nearly 600,000 rooms, in 50 states, the District of Columbia and more than 40 countries and territories outside of the United States.
