China 21st Century Education Group Limited’s $48 Million Initial Public Offering

China 21st Century Education Group Limited (21st Century Education) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, raising approximately HK$381.3 million (after deduction of listing expenses and assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised) from a global offering of 360,000,000 shares.

21st Century Education is a large established private education service provider based in Hebei Province, China, serving a wide range of students, from preschool students through primary school, middle school, and high school students in its tutorial centers to junior college and continuing education students in its college.
