Charles Schwab’s $2.25 Billion Preferred Stock Offering

The Charles Schwab Corporation (“Charles Schwab”) completed its offering of 2,250,000 Depositary Shares, each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of 4% Fixed-Rate Reset Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series I, par value $0.01 per share, with a liquidation preference of $100,000 per share (equivalent to $1,000 per depositary share).
