Compañía General de Electricidad (CGE), operating as a subsidiary of Gas Natural Fenosa finalized the merger with 3 energy distributors in Chile. The transaction is part of the reorganization plan of the company.

Compañía General de Electricidad S.A., through its subsidiaries, engages in the transmission and distribution of electricity; and storage, transportation, and distribution of gas in Chile and Argentina.
