Century Communities, Inc. executed the offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.875% senior notes due 2029. A portion of the net proceeds from the offering was used in connection with the company’s concurrent redemption of all of its $400 million aggregate principal amount of existing 5.875% senior notes due 2025.
