CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp.’s $600 million Senior Notes Offering

Hunton & Williams LLP advised the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp. (“CERC”) of $300 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.55% Senior Notes due 2023 and $300 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.00% Senior Notes due 2028.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, MUFG, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Regions Securities LLC and US Bancorp acted as Joint Book-Running Managers on the offering.

CERC, a wholly owned subsidiary of CenterPoint Energy, Inc., is a public utility holding company headquartered in Houston, Texas. CERC’s operating subsidiaries own and operate natural gas distribution facilities, supply natural gas to commercial and industrial customers and electric and natural gas utilities.
