Centerbridge Partners’ Acquisition of Community Psychiatry Management


McDermott Will & Emery represented New Harbor Capital and its portfolio company, Community Psychiatry Management in the transaction.

Centerbridge Partners executed the acquisition of Community Psychiatry Management, LLC, a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health services supporting 100+ affiliated psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists across more than 40 clinics and via telemedicine throughout California.

Centerbridge Partners is a multi-strategy private investment firm focused on leveraged buyouts and distressed securities. The firm manages over $25 billion of assets.

The McDermott team was led by Bob Clagg (Picture) and Andrew McCune and included Sharief El-Gabri, Adam Byrne, Alex Ruiz, Emily Mussio, Jeff Holdvogt, Rick Stepanovic, Brian Mead, Jed Gordon, Joe Parise, Ryan Higgins, Jon Dubrow and Noah Feldman Greene.
