Celeo Redes Brasil S.A. executed the acquisition of an additional 33% stake in Jauru Transmissora de Energia S.A. de from Cobra Brasil Serviços, Comunicações e Energia S.A. for an undisclosed ammount.
Jauru Transmissora de Energia SA was founded in 2006. The company’s line of business includes the generation, transmission, and/or distribution of electric energy.
Cobra Brasil Servicos, Comunicacoes e Energia, S.A. promotes and develops power plants. The Company constructs and maintains thermal electricity, wind power, hydropower and water treatment plants, environmental liabilities, and other renewable energy sources.
