CCR’s $72.9 Million Acquisition of a Plot of Land to Build a New Airport

CCR executed its $72.9 million acquisition from Companhia Melhoramentos of a plot of land to build the Nuevo Aeropuerto de São Paulo (NASP).

Created in 1999, Grupo CCR is one of the biggest infrastructure companies in Latin America. Companhia Melhoramentos de Sao Paulo is a Brazil-based holding company engaged in the sectors of publishing, bookstore, papers, forestry, and fibers and equity. The company, led by Marcelo Persone Prestes de Camargo, Walter Weiszflog and Washington Da Silva Vieira Sobrinh, in 2019 recorded $23 million revenues.
