CBRE Group’s Acquisition of Bovis Spain and Portugal

Cuatrecasas has advised the CBRE Group on the deal.

CBRE Group, specializing in real estate consultancy and services, announced the acquisition of leading multisectoral project management and consultancy firm, Bovis Spain and Portugal. 

The transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approval and is expected to be finalized in the coming months. On completion, Bovis will be integrated with CBRE Iberia’s Project Management & Building Consultancy division.

Bovis Spain began operating in 1989 and since then has gone on to consolidate its position as a leading Project Management firm in Spain. Over the past 40 years it has managed close to 250 projects, including the construction of some of Spain’s most iconic buildings.
