Carta’s $500 Million Series G Financing Round

Carta, a cloud platform, have raised $500 million in a Series G Financing Round led by Silver Lake.The financing round valued the Company at $7.4 billion. 

Carta is a global ownership management platform that helps companies, investors, and employees manage equity and ownership. 

Silver Lake is a global technology investment firm focused solely on making large-scale investments in technology companies.
