Carsol Perú S.A.C., operating as a subsidiary of Carsol Fruit Export S.A., finalized the acquisition of 50% stake in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), owning 595 hectares in Piura department (Perú).

Founded in 1990 as Agricola Santa Catalina Ltd. in the 8th Region of Chile, CarSol Fruit S.A. is focused in growing premium quality blueberries and pioneered the development of such a market in Chilean.

ABesides blueberries, Carsol Fruit stands out as a grower of other fruit and vegetable, such as kiwifruit and asparagus.

CarSol Fruit S.A. is a major self-grower of fresh blueberries in South America, specialized in counter season crops.
