Carey Watermark Investors 2’s acquisition Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco


Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Carey Watermark Investors 2 Incorporated, a non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on investing in lodging and lodging-related properties, in its acquisition of The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco.

The landmark hotel is located in the heart of San Francisco’s Nob Hill neighborhood, and includes 336 guestrooms and 23,000 square feet of newly-renovated meeting space in a premier downtown location.
