Care Property Invest’s EUR 26 Million capital Increase

Eubelius has advised Care Property Invest on the deal.

Care Property Invest (CPI) completed a successful capital increase of EUR 26 million following the contribution in kind of a residential care center with assisted living apartments in Lier (Belgium). In connection with this transaction, 1,124,968 new shares were issued on 17 November 2021.

The residential care complex ‘Dungelhoeff’ in Lier consists of a residential care centre with 128 residential places, including a rehabilitation stay centre with 7 places, and a group of 30 assisted living apartments.
The project is operated by Vulpia Care groep on the basis of a new long-term leasehold agreement of the ‘triple net’ type with a minimum duration of 27 years (renewable and annually indexable).
