CARE Fertility’s Acquisition Of Nuffield Health’s Woking Assisted Conception Service

Browne Jacobson has advised CARE Fertility on the deal.

CARE Fertility acquired Nuffield Health’s Woking Assisted Conception Service (ACS), backed by private equity house, Silverfleet Capital.

Operating since 1997, CARE Fertility is the largest independent provider of fertility services in the UK and a global leader in the treatment of infertility, genetic diagnosis and screening techniques and associated fertility preservation procedures. It operates clinics and satellite facilities in 19 UK locations.

It is the third bolt-on acquisition since Silverfleet Capital acquired a majority stake in the business in 2019 and follows on from the acquisition of Tamworth based IVI Midland and the Countess of Chester Hospital’s fertility clinic.

The Browne Jacobson team comprised Paul McCannah (Picture), Sandra Wong and Victoria Hustler.
