Cap Vert Energie’s Financing of the Construction and Operation of Six Photovoltaic plants in Chile

Cap Vert Energie executed the international financing process for refinancing a credit agreement with Banco Security for the acquisition, construction and operation of six photovoltaic, small-scale disributed generation projects in Chile.

Natixis, New York branch, as senior lender, financed the acquisition of a photovoltaic project named Tricahue, owned by Solarpack Chile, and the future acquisition of other projects. The transaction included a VAT financing granted by Banco Security.

Cap Vert Energie SAS (CVE) operates as a renewable energy company. The Company develops and manages solar and biogas plants that generates and distributes electricity. CVE serves clients worldwide.
