Cap Vert Energie’s $80 Million Financing

Garrigues, Orrick and Guerrero Olivos advised on the transaction

Cap Vert Energie has secured refinancing of a credit agreement with Banco Security, for the acquisition, construction and operation of six photovoltaic projects in Chile. All projects are small distributed generation projects (PMGDs).

Natixis’ NY branch served as senior lender, and is set to finance the acquisition of the photovoltaic project, named Tricahue, which is owned by Solarpack Chile, as well as the future acquisition of other projects. The transaction includes a VAT financing granted by Banco Security.

Cap Vert Energie SAS (CVE) operates as a renewable energy company. The Company develops and manages solar and biogas plants that generates and distributes electricity. CVE serves clients worldwide.
