Caoba Inversiones’ $335 Million Loan


Mendoza Abogados, Skadden, Milbank and Brigard Urrutia advised on the transaction

Caoba Inversiones, a joint venture between Celsia Energía, and Cubico Sustainable Investments, secured a $335 million loan from The Bank of Nova Scotia, Export Development Canada (EDC) and Scotiabank Colpatria.
