Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering of 4,057,500 shares of common stock of Calyxt, Inc., including 457,500 shares of common stock sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares.
Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Jefferies, Wells Fargo Securities and BMO Capital Markets acted as underwriters on the offering.
The offering resulted in approximately $60.9 million of proceeds to Calyxt, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. Calyxt’s common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “CLXT.”
