Cairn Energy’s Acquisition of 35.1% Interest in Equinor Nicaragua blocks

Cairn Energy PLC, through its subsidiary Capricorn Nicaragua B.V., acquired a 35,1% in four blocks in la Cuenca Sandino, Nicaragua, assigned to Equinor Nicaragua B.V.
