Caesars Entertainment’s $2 Billion Shares Offering

Caesars Entertainment, Inc. completed a public offering of 35,650,000 shares (including the shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ option) of common stock, par value $0.00001 per share at a public offering price of $56.00 per share.

Proceeds from the offering will be used by Caesars Entertainment for general corporate purposes, including to fund its potential acquisition of William Hill.

Caesars Entertainment is an American casino and hotel company founded in Reno, Nevada, and based in Paradise, Nevada, that operated over 50 properties and seven golf courses under several brands.
