Cactus’ Underwritten Public Secondary Offering

Cactus, Inc. (NYSE: WHD) (“Cactus”) priced an underwritten public secondary offering (the “Offering”) of 5,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders (the “Selling Stockholders”) at a price to the public of $31.50 per share.

The Selling Stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares at the public offering price less the underwriting discount and commissions. Cactus will not receive any of the proceeds from the Offering. Citigroup and Credit Suisse acted as joint book-running managers for the Offering.
