Cactus, Inc.’s $308 Million Secondary Offering

Baker Botts and Vinson & Elkins advised on the transaction

Cactus, Inc. (NYSE: WHD) completed an underwritten public secondary offering of 8,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders for total gross proceeds of $308.1 million.

Cactus will not receive any of the proceeds from the Offering. Citigroup and Credit Suisse acted as joint book-running managers for the Offering.
