SNP Schlawien has advised the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben on the deal.
The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) concluded the lease for the Pandion Soul at Anzinger Straße 29 in Munich-Haidhausen even before the start of construction, which is scheduled for early 2022.
The office complex, which will have up to seven storeys, will provide a modern working environment for around 1,500 workplaces. The office space will be supplemented by a crèche and a staff canteen on the ground floor. The modern mobility concept provides for over 400 bicycle parking spaces with attached shower and changing facilities as well as an underground car park with over 300 individual parking spaces. Completion of the property is scheduled for mid-2024.
The sole user of the Pandion Soul will then be the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), which currently has its headquarters in Zweibrückenstraße in Munich. With an area of 45,000 square metres, this will be the largest office lease in Germany to date in 2021.
With a portfolio of properties with a total area of around 460,000 hectares and around 38,000 apartments, the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is one of the largest real estate owners in Germany.
The SNP Schlawien Partnerschaft mbB included Sascha Sormann (Picture – lead) and Lisa Knöll (both real estate).
