Bullhorn’s Acquisition of cube19

Irwin Mitchell have acted for cube19 on the deal, while Bullhorn were advised by Morgan Lewis.

As part of the deal, cube19’s executive team, including Dan McGuire, Joe McGuire, and Nick Graves-Morris, will now take up key positions in the Bullhorn leadership team, helping to drive the company’s growth and investment across its global customer base.
