BTG Pactual Rentas Inmobiliarias II finalized its acquisition of 19 Shopping Mall in Chile for $94 Million.

BTG Pactual Rentas Inmobiliarias II Fondo de Inversion is a closed-end fund inc- orporated in Chile. The Fund’s objective is total return. The Fund invests eith- er directly or indirectly in real estate businesses, primarily leasing, in Chil- e, Peru, and Colombia.

Banco BICE has granted $51 Million credit facility to finance the acquisition.
