Brussels Airport Company’s Investment in SkeyDrone

Eubelius advised Skeyes on the deal.

Brussels Airport Company will complete its entry into the share capital of SkeyDrone.

SkeyDrone was founded in 2019 as a 100% subsidiary of skeyes and provides positioning, navigation, guidance and data analysis services for unmanned aerial vehicles (or drones) to airports, in Belgium and abroad.

After the capital increase, Brussels Airport Company will hold just under half of the shares of SkeyDrone. skeyes will retain the remaining shares. The closing of the transaction is expected around the end of the year.
