Broadcom’s $6 Billion Exchange Offers

Broadcom announced its offers to exchange with respect to certain series of its outstanding notes maturing between 2025 and 2030 for approximately $6 billion aggregate principal amount of newly issued Senior Notes maturing in 2035 and 2036. 

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., J.P. Morgan Securities and TD Securities (USA) acted as dealer-managers.
