Broadcom’s $5.5 Billion Exchange Offers

Broadcom Inc. execute its offers to exchange with respect to certain series of its outstanding notes maturing between 2024 and 2027 for approximately $5.5 billion aggregate principal amount of newly issued Senior Notes maturing in 2033 and 2034, and a cash payment.
