Osborne Clarke advised Brianzacque S.r.l. in the realisation of a high-efficiency combined heat and power plant, fruit of the operational partnership with Acsm-Agam S.p.A.
The combined heat and power plant, provides both electricity and hot water: the electricity is used to feed the water purification plant in San Rocco managed by Brianzacque, while the hot water provides heat to the district heating network, managed by the multiutility.
Prior to the start of works Brianzacque and Acsm-Agam had entered into a specific agreement with the Borough Administration for the City of Monza to support efficiency, energy saving and the reduction of the environmental impact of works.
Brianzacque S.r.l. is the manager of the integrated water services for the province of Monza e Brianza.
Acsm-Agam S.p.A. is a multiutility company owned in part by the Boroughs of Monza and Como.
