Bregal’s Acquisition of Isah Software Group

The shareholders of Isah Software Group completed the sale of the shares to strategic investor Bregal.

Isah Software Group, located in Tilburg, the Netherlands, is a leading specialist for discrete manufacturing ERP software solutions. With Bregal, Isah has found an ideal partner who brings intimate knowledge of enterprise software solutions for the manufacturing industry and who is fully supportive of the growth plans of Isah. The partnership will contribute to the future development of Isah.
