The owners of Boxine GmbH, a producer and distributor of award-winning audio-systems for children, have sold a stake in the company to Munich-based industrial holding Armira and selected co-investors.
The founders remain executive directors of Boxine GmbH and shareholders of the company.
Armira is an entrepreneurial industrial holding company based in Munich, which participates in medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries.
Founded in Düsseldorf, Germany, Boxine GmbH is the inventor of the Toniebox and Tonies – an award-winning concept changing the way children listen to stories and music.
