Bottega Invest Co S.à r.l.’s €220 million acquisition of the Getronics Group from Aurelius


Jones Day is advising Aurelius Equity Oppportunities SE & Co. KGaA on the sale of the Getronics Group to Bottega Invest Co S.à r.l. for EUR 220 million (enterprise value).

Getronics is an ICT Services group consisting of the Getronics and Connectis brands. Getronics has nearly 4,600 employees in 22 countries across Europe, Asia Pacific & Latin America, and has a complete portfolio of integrated ICT services for the large enterprise and public sector markets. Getronics is a leading member in the Global Workspace Alliance, a unique model that provides customers with a consistent IT service throughout the world, with one single point of contact and billing entity, delivering services to over 90 countries. Aurelius acquired Getronics in 2012 from Dutch incumbent telecom operator Royal KPN N.V.
